Success Plans
Success Plans feature a customized combination of programs and services for each student.
In addition to their Capstone Center for Student Success (CCSS) academic advisor, Crimson EDGE students have the benefit of a customized Success Plan to support their holistic development and provide them the tools to reach their academic and personal goals in their first year. These Success Plans feature a customized combination of programs and services for each student, a sample of which can include:
- Academic Support offerings such as coaching, tutoring, or supplemental instruction
- Pairing with a peer advisor for additional advisement support
- Enrollment in student success courses offered through the CCSS or other compass courses offered throughout the colleges
- Involvement and engagement opportunities through First Year Experience, the Center for Service & Leadership, student organizations, or other campus programs from across Student Life, Academic Affairs, and Community Affairs
- Early engagement with the UA Career Center
- Participation in campus events such as Week of Welcome, Homecoming, Tide After Dark, community service opportunities, athletic events, and more
- Online tutorials and resources related to schedule building, registering for classes, and other important first-year skills
