We are very excited you are interested in joining us for Camp 1831! In order to complete registration, you must be registered for Bama Bound (new student orientation). Once Camp 1831 registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to your Crimson email account.
Camp 1831 has two session date options. Session 1 will be August 12 – 14, 2024, followed by Session 2 on August 15 – 17, 2024. Those participating in sponsored activities before the academic year (Sorority Recruitment, Fraternity Recruitment, Honors Action, Million Dollar Band, Biology Bootcamp, etc.) should check dates of all activities before registering as dates typically overlap preventing participation. There are no refunds available for Camp 1831 Registration.
Camp 1831 Days are generally 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for Day 1 and Day 2 followed by 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Day 3. Participation in the full Camp 1831 Schedule is a must for this ULTIMATE first year experience!
It is highly encouraged that you complete Bama Bound Orientation prior to coming to campus for Camp 1831.
The cost for Camp 1831 is $175, which includes meals, supplies, a Camp 1831 T-Shirt, and activities for participants during the three days. For students living on campus in Fall 2024 (except for Bryant Hall residents), Camp 1831 offers early move-in for participants on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at designated times.
You can pay using e-check or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Be advised there are no refunds available for Camp 1831 registration.
