Catch the current. Navigate for success.

About Current Catch
Current Catch is designed to help first-year freshmen students move forward with renewed energy and direction to align their habits, mindset and goals with the natural flow of university life. The program utilizes micro-workshops, small group study pods, peer support systems, and engaging guest speakers to help strengthen students’ behaviors that lead to positive academic outcomes and persistence. Students will reconnect with their academic purpose and find confidence in navigating the current to avoid burnout and pursue sustainable achievement.
Students in this program will be grouped into peer pods with an upperclassman mentor and a peer accountability partner. Participants can expect to make positive social connections, to take actionable steps to improve academic and personal habits, and to build confidence and comfortability with campus life.
