The Legacy Collective is student-powered. Our upper-level leaders guide the community, mentor first-years, and help bring TLC Week (and the whole year) to life.

TLC Ambassadors
- Who they are:
- Ambassadors are the external-facing student leaders of The Legacy Collective. As some of the most active and visible members of the TLC community, they serve as role models, mentors, and representatives who help showcase the TLC experience to prospective and current students.
- What they do:
- Ambassadors welcome and support new students during TLC Week, serving as front-line mentors throughout their transition to UA. They represent TLC at prospective student visits, recruitment programs, admissions events, and campus-wide initiatives by telling the TLC story, build community, and promote engagement across campus.
TLC MVPS
- Who they are:
- MVPs (Most Valuable Peers) are junior and senior TLC students who serve as peer mentors for first-year TLC students. By sharing their experiences and guidance, they help new students build confidence, navigate college life, and feel connected to the UA community.
- What they do:
- MVPs are matched with first-year TLC students and provide regular mentorship, encouragement, and support throughout the year. They help mentees understand the expectations of college, connect with campus opportunities, engage in TLC programs, and become active members of the TLC community.
